Geography Department

The Department is established in the year 1973. Earlier it was affiliated to Shivaji University upto 2004, now it is affiliated to Solapur University, Solapur. Our Geography departments is the full pledged department having research facilities to students. It is University approved Research Place for Ph.D. and upto 07 students have registered for Ph.D. Degree and awarded 5 students of themselves.

    • 01 Day Student Workshop for Geography & Geology Students was organized on 14th March 2017.
  2. Tours / Visits arranged.
    • As per syllabus BA III Special Geography Educational Tours were arranged and Reports were prepared by the student.
  3. Class seminars / Wall papers magazine, project work :
    • Class Seminars were conducted; News paper cuttings and manuscripts were displayed in Glass case.
    • As per Syllabus Project is given to the special Students and Report were Prepared by the students under the guidance of the faculty.
